We recently purchased an older motorhome from B&L. We were treated well and got a thorough walk through when all the components had been checked out before delivery. On our first trip we found that the coach batteries would not hold a charge overnight. When I contacted Peter our salesman and asked for B&L to share in the cost of replacement, he got on it immediately and sent us a check to cover the agreed portion of the replacement. You really find out the quality of a company when there is a problem that comes up. B&L came through with integrity and did it promptly. We would recommend them for anyone looking for an RV. Also, their shop mechanic, was very knowledgeable. After the sale was completed we were able to contact him for advice on a particular enhancement we wanted to make to the unit. He was very willing to are his knowledge and provide instructions. If we lived in the area of B&L, we would surely use them for repairs and upgrades. Thank you B&L and Peter and Jerry especially.

Peter, our salesman, and Marc the finance man really helped make our purchasing a very pleasant experience. Everything they promised was delivered when we picked up the RV. Living 3 hrs away we will probably not use the service dept but the mechanic that went over out used class A did an eccellant job. We would recommend B&L to anyone looking for a used RV.

Very nice and pofesional buisness with a very high BBB rating. We were cautious at first then when we got there and spoke with the owner we changed our mind. He came back after he closed to meet us there because we could not get there before closing. They went through and fixed or replaced anything of concern some of which we never even knew about and even bought our kids a Soda and a snack.
